Phase Inspections (New Construction)

A series of inspections performed at critical stages of construction — such as foundation, framing, pre-drywall, and final walkthrough. Identifying issues at each phase allows for more straightforward and cost-effective corrections than addressing them after construction is complete.

Buyer Inspection

A comprehensive evaluation of the property's condition, conducted on behalf of the buyer prior to closing. The inspection covers the roof, foundation, structural components, electrical and plumbing systems, and HVAC, among other major systems. Findings are documented in a detailed report to support informed decision-making and, where applicable, repair negotiations.

Seller Inspection

A pre-listing inspection that allows sellers to understand a property's condition before it goes to market. This gives sellers the opportunity to address repairs on their own schedule, price the property with greater confidence, and reduce the likelihood of issues surfacing during a buyer's inspection that could delay or jeopardize the sale.

Re-Inspection

A follow-up inspection to verify that repairs identified in a prior report have been properly completed. Each item from the original inspection is reviewed, and the client receives an update on which items have been resolved and which remain outstanding.

Well Water Testing

Collection of water samples from the well for laboratory analysis, testing for bacteria, mineral content, and other potential contaminants. Results are provided in clear, accessible terms so clients understand whether the water is safe and what treatment, if any, may be needed.

Moisture Surveys

Professional moisture detection surveys locate water infiltration that may cause mold growth, building deterioration, or air quality problems. Comprehensive evaluation includes source identification and remediation guidance.

New Construction

Professional new home evaluations verify construction quality and code compliance before final walkthrough. All major building systems are assessed to ensure proper installation and functionality.
