Phase Inspections (New Construction)
A series of inspections performed at critical stages of construction — such as foundation, framing, pre-drywall, and final walkthrough. Identifying issues at each phase allows for more straightforward and cost-effective corrections than addressing them after construction is complete.
Buyer Inspection
A comprehensive evaluation of the property's condition, conducted on behalf of the buyer prior to closing. The inspection covers the roof, foundation, structural components, electrical and plumbing systems, and HVAC, among other major systems. Findings are documented in a detailed report to support informed decision-making and, where applicable, repair negotiations.
Seller Inspection
A pre-listing inspection that allows sellers to understand a property's condition before it goes to market. This gives sellers the opportunity to address repairs on their own schedule, price the property with greater confidence, and reduce the likelihood of issues surfacing during a buyer's inspection that could delay or jeopardize the sale.
